Selling is key to the on-going viability of Australia Post's business. Post provides excellent service however selling skills needed to improve. This module taught Australia Post's staff how to sell by identifying and meeting customers' needs.

This module trains health professionals in rural and remote communities in how to detect, assess and respond to patients at risk of suicide. The selected excerpts are an introduction to the four "a" model of crisis intervention and familiarisation with and practice using the Risk Assessment Model.
