The latest version of AUTHOR is now available. Featuring Lesson and Element Templates for rapid development and the Secure Operating Environment option that allows you to publish autorun CD-ROMs or single executable files that can be delivered with no installation.

AUTHOR for Standard and Secure Operating Environments allows AUTHOR lessons to be run without any installation. A lesson will autorun from CD-ROMs or from the Internet/Intranet as a single EXE file. Perfect for organisations using XP Guest account privileges for users.

Our standard AUTHOR Player has also been re-engineered so it also has no need to install components or DLLs on the user's machine. It will only make those changes to the registry necessary to register the Player to run AUTHOR lessons.
