Aim	To instruct employees in the requirements of the Quality Management Sysytem and assess this knowledge.

Description	Each module of the QMS (e.g. Auditing, Documentation) had two lessons. The first was an Overview module followed by a Detailed module. The principles and processes of the QMS were explained and illustrated using flow diagrams and examples. Interactive questions throughout ensured that employees had opportunities to try out their understanding of key learning points before attempting a formal assessment of their knowledge. Assessment was online and automated.

Outcomes	The QMS series spearheaded the use of eLearning amongst CSL employees and resulted in an acceptance of this form of training. An overwhelming success, the project enabled the organisation to increase access to quality training and assessment by over 5000% compared to previous methods.
