Aim To equip employees with the skills to interview Passport applicants according to meet the requirements of DFAT.

Description

A set of four training modules for retail shop staff on how to conduct Passport Interviews. Incorporated video, voice over, interactive questioning, Frequently Asked Questions section and simulated passport interviews to enable employees to practice their skills in a life-like situation.

Microcraft created a customised interface that enabled the eLearning to be accessed from the AP training Web site.
